Lately whenever Im playing a game or even streaming, the audio you hear above happens and its only when gamingstreaming. There is no voice comms on or anything using the microphone that is open either.
Steps Ive tried: Changing sample ratebuffer sizebit depth trying every USB port Doing every troubleshooting and optimizing step available on the focusrite support website (which includes turning off power saving for every USB port, making sure the computer power settings are correct, changing sample rate, etc.) Trying to plug it into my front panel USB ports which are on a separate controller. Both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 Reinstalling everything Disabling any other audio devices Turning on spread spectrum in bios Using a different cable Using ferrite cores to prevent interferance Moving my interface away from monitorsPCetc Turning off the air function (which makes the noise less apparent but doesnt go away) I dont have another USB cable to try Ive also tried connecting all my equipment to one power strip to avoid a ground loop, no success This is very frustrating because its very apparent with streaming, and seeing as I dont want to have that going while I stream I wont be able to until this is fixed. Any other suggestions I feel like Ive tried everything, and there are probably some things I have tried that I cant remember because there were a lot. I use the RE20 and even bought the hosa ground lifter for the microphone and that didnt solve it which was weird. I updated the clip to show the correct noise since I uploaded the wrong one. Hopefully that helps identify what it is better. Share Report Save Continue this thread level 1 9 months ago What noise Couldnt hear anything in the video except your PC fans and you speaking. Or was the fan noise-like noise the sound 1 Share Report Save level 2 Original Poster 9 months ago Hey thank you for pointing that out I went ahead and put up the correct clip that actually has the noise lol.
